All deliveries are on a 2/3 day delivery unless stated or agreed before posting
Prices are quoted on a UK mainland address or postcode unless stated otherwise
Any other posting can be agreed by email or telephone Contact to us to arrange and customers will recieve a reference number for tracking
All deliverys under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail
All delivery prices quoted include packaging costs

The vast majority of our orders are despatched using two couriers on a 2 to 3 working day delivery service for UK Mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands). In exceptional cases (e.g. extremely bulky or heavy orders), an alternative courier may be used who guarantee delivery within 2-3 working days.

Smaller items are sent by standard Royal Mail postal service (Note: although this means they may take a little longer to arrive, it eliminates the need for you to wait in for a courier).

For orders below £5.00 (placed over the phone) we apply a £1.49 processing and delivery charge. For orders placed on-line, delivery is set as follows:

Under 1kg = £2.95 Royal Mail
1 to 2kg = £4.81 Royal Mail
2kg to 20kg = £6.30 Standard Delivery
20kg to 30 kg = £6.95 Standard Delivery
30kg to 32kg = £11.55 Standard Delivery
32kg to 40kg = £16.35 Standard Delivery

For orders that cost £250.00 or more, delivery is free with no weight surcharge to all UK mainland addresses.

UK Mainland or Lowland Scotland

For second or third working day delivery to Scottish Highlands or UK Islands (not including the Channel Isles): Service covers all postcodes beginning FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH17-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25 & ZE.
2kg - 30kg = £14.98
items weighing less than 2kg to any of the above, please contact us by telephone for individual quotes.

For second or third working day delivery to Northern Ireland:
2kg to 30kg = £17.89
For items weighing less than 2kg to any of the above, please contact us by telephone for an individual quote.

International Orders & Our Delivery Promise

We are able to ship most goods to some International (and non-Mainland UK) locations; but as delivery costs vary greatly we will need to provide you with a specific delivery price quote (based on the goods you would like to order and your location). Please email us directly with any queries on international shipping charges to sales@paradisepetsuk.com and title your message "Europe" or "International Orders".
